How to enter

Do these four things and you're officially in the game:

• 1 Subscribe to the Dopaman newsletter and confirm your email.
• 2 Follow us on Instagram @dopaman.de (account must be public or follow request accepted).
• 3 Follow us on TikTok @dopaman.de.
• 4 Like at least one of our posts on Instagram or TikTok.

All steps must be completed with the same email and social accounts. No mix-and-match identities.

Who can enter

• Residents of EU countries aged 16+.
• One entry per person (we check for duplicates).
• Employees, partners and contractors of Dopaman are excluded.

Winner selection

• Winners are selected randomly from all valid entries.
• Draw date: 24 December 2025.
• We contact winners via newsletter email and/or Instagram/TikTok DM.
• Winners have 72 hours to reply. No response = we pick someone else.

Shipping & delivery

• Free shipping for all prizes within the EU.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 days after we confirm your address.
• Dopaman is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers.

Disqualification rules

To keep it fair, entries can be removed if:

• You unfollow Instagram or TikTok before the draw.
• You use fake accounts, bots or multiple emails.
• Your profiles are private and we cannot verify follows or likes.

• Your email is used for eligibility checks and the Dopaman newsletter only.
• Your social handles are used only to verify that the rules are followed.
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with one click.
